WALKER medical vacuum sterilizing filter

The alpha series medical vacuum sterilizing filter is specially designed to protect the equipment from liquids, solid particles and bacterial contamination.

The diameter of the interface is from 1/4 inch to 3 inch, and the screw shell is made of cast aluminum alloy material, and Walker e-coat technology is used for anti-corrosion treatment.Intelligent, modular design ensures optimal flow, ease of installation and multiple coupling characteristics.DN80 - DN150 flanges are welded by carbon steel and have polyester protective coatings.

Technical note

1. The air flow direction is through the filter element from the outside.

2. Mechanical indicator (65dpuga-250) matching model A028MV to A058MV as the standard.The differential pressure gauge (65DPG250G) matched the model A059MV to A390MV as the standard.The differential gauge applies to all flange connection models.

3. Manual drain valve (MDV25) applies to all models.The sterilized glass exhaust water bottle is standard, and 100 ml is suitable for the model A028MV to A078MV, which is suitable for the model A079MV to A390MV. The additional 1/2 inch feeding side drain is included in the model A391MV to A686MV.

4. The flow above is the free air flow under one bar.

5. The pressure of the side leakage test must be limited to 7 millibar, and only the drain valve and drain valve have been removed.

6. Threads and double helix filters are made of cast aluminum alloy and are compatible with flammable gases with standard PED 97/23 / EC.
